Where conventional brewing system using existing technology rely upon people to turn on and off the equipment, Ace Intelli-Brew Series does it automatically.
The Ace Intelli-Brew Series is packed with unique benefits and has been designed with energy efficiencies for both extended component life and conserving energy costs.

	Heater Override . . . During a normal brew cycle it takes a period of time before the thermostat turns on which reduces water temperature. Heater override activates immediately when brew cycle is initiated. this accelerates the brew temperature and delivers a more consistent brew.
	Auto Power Save Mode . . . Two programmable features that allows you to control the tank heating system with 2 operating modes. - "Power Save" Temperature setting is set back during non use periods from a 200ºF degree set point to 175ºF degrees. - "Power Off" This feature will completely turn off heating system. The solid state thermostat also allows for the temperature to remain within a plus or minus 1ºC degree setting
	Tank Protection . . . The tank protection system will not allow tank heater to operate without sufficient water present. Protects against heater burn out due to thermostat malfunction.
	Auto Arm . . . Automatic sensing feature which checks tank temperature for optimum brewing at consistent temperature. Heating light will flash until correct temperature is reached and will brew automatically when ready.
	Digital Brew Timing and Pulse Brewing . . . - Brew Timing is accurate to within 1/10 of one second. - Calibration of brewer is achieved simply by turning you time function back once you have reached the prescribed water level. Brewer automatically remembers the setting and recalibrates the brewer. Pulse brewing allows for improve brewing temperatures by controlling the water delivery flow rate.
	Auto Pre Fill and Auto Time Off . . . If brewer is programmed to be left on for longer periods of time, evaporation occurs. Auto pre-fill will not allow a brew cycle to initiate until the correct volume of water is present, thus eliminating the "Monday Morning Short Pot". If brewer fill time exceeds 3 minutes, the brewer will automatically shut off. this prevents any runaway condition or signals that the water line has been restricted.
	Visa Brew . . . Visa brew light safety feature flashes during brew cycle to alert the operator that the brew cycle is in process and to proceed with caution.
	Automatic Warmer Shut Off . . . Electric control system that monitors length of time that warmers are left on, adjustable between 30 minutes and 4 hours. Resets automatically if another brew cycle is initiated. Eliminates the concerns of leaving warmers on for extended periods of time and overnight.
